    30ml Noble Bootleggers Amarena Amaro

    30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth

    Orange peel twist to garnish

    Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Pour over an ice sphere in a double old fashioned glass and garnish with an orange peel twist.

    15mL fresh lime juice

    15mL sugar syrup

    1 quartered strawberry & mint leaves to garnish

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with strawberry and mint leaves.

    45ml Patient Wolf Agave Gin Spirit

    20ml Fresh Lime Juice

    20ml Cointreau (or Triple Sec)

    Optional dash of Agave Nectar

    Fresh or dehydrated Lime to Garnish

    Salt rim a margarita glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and fine strain into pre-salted glass.  Garnish with lime.

    15ml Cointreau

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Penni Ave Coffee & Wattleseed Martini

    45ml Penni Ave Wattleseed & Burnt Honey Vodka

    60ml Fresh espresso

    30ml Honey Syrup or Sugar Syrup


    Pre chill your glass of choice. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into glass and enjoy.

    To make the honey syrup/sugar syrup, simply add one part honey/sugar to boiling water and stir until dissolved.

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lime.

    60ml TSL Ninch Dry Gin

    30ml Rose Vermouth

    15ml Peninsula BLVD. Pink Grapefruit Syrup

    Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir quickly to chill. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a ruby grapefruit or lemon peel twist.

    45ml Anther Australian Dry Gin

    15ml Anther Cherry Gin

    5ml Violet Liqueur

    15ml Citric Acid

    15ml Sugar Syrup

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into glass. Garnish with an edible flower, or lemon twist. 

  • Jimmy Rum Manhattan

    60ml JR Spiced 

    30ml Dolin Rouge 

    2 dashes of Angostura bitters

    Pre chill a coupe or martini glass. Add all ingredients and ice into a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a stick.

    45ml Imbue Citrus Agave Spirit

    45ml Imbue Bittersweet Aperitivo

    15ml freshly squeezed lime juice

    Salt to rim, lime slice to garnish

    Rim your glass with a salt mix of your choice. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks style glass. Top with a slice of lime.

  • Hillmartin Dirty Chai Martini

    30ml HM Seven Spice Chai Gin

    30ml Fresh espresso

    30ml Coffee Liqueur

    Pre chill your glass of choice. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Now add ice to your shaker and shake for an additional 20-30 seconds.Strain into a chilled martini glass.
